Refund Policy — Social Rocks

You may request a full refund for any monthly or annual subscription charge within 14 calendar days of the charge date, for any reason.

Visit paddle.net or email contato@auroraad.ventures. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time from the dashboard. Access remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation prevents renewal and is separate from a refund request.

The 14-day free trial does not require a card. When it ends, the dashboard is locked until subscription. The public Link in Bio remains online for 30 days before account data is deleted if no subscription is started.
