Data Deletion — Social Rocks

We permanently remove imported Instagram media and comments, stored metrics, automated message logs, and the Instagram access token.

In Social Rocks, open Account settings, choose Disconnect Instagram, and select the option to delete imported data. You may also email contato@auroraad.ventures with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your Instagram handle or account email.

We confirm email requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 15 business days. Revoking Social Rocks from Instagram invalidates access immediately, but contact us to ensure stored data is also removed.
